摘　　要：目的:观察卡培他滨单药维持治疗晚期三阴性乳腺癌患者的效果及对生活质量的影响。方法:2019年1月-2020年1月收治晚期三阴性乳腺癌患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组应用常规治疗;观察组应用卡培他滨单药治疗。比较两组临床疗效、并发症发生率及生活质量。结果:观察组治疗总有效率及疾病控制率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组生活质量各项评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用卡培他滨单药治疗晚期三阴性乳腺癌患者,可有效提升治疗效果,为疾病进程的控制提供有效保障,提高患者生活质量。Objective:To observe the effect of capecitabine monotherapy in the treatment of patients with advanced triple-negative breast cancer and its effect on the quality of life of patients.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2020,80 cases of patients with advanced triple-negative breast cancer were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,while the observation group was treated with capecitabine monotherapy.The clinical efficacy,incidence of complications and quality of life between the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment and disease control rate in observation group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complication of observation group was lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Capecitabine monotherapy in the treatment of patients with advanced triple-negative breast cancer can effectively improve the therapeutic effect,provide effective guarantee for the control of disease process and it also can improve the quality of life of patients.
