摘 要:目的:探讨PBL评估量表在本科班呼吸科教学中的应用及信度和效度。方法:选取本科班学生120名,随机分为两组,各60名。对照组采用传统讲授式教学方法;试验组采用“PBL”教学法加评效量表评估授课。比较两组教学效果。结果:试验组学习风气优良率、学习兴趣及理论测试情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。问卷的内部一致性信度Cronbach'sα系数为0.9,各下位量表的Cronbach'sα系数在0.7~0.8,总分及各分项得分与2周后测量结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:PBL评估量表在本科班呼吸科教学应用信度和效度显著。Objective:To explore the application,reliability and validity of PBL evaluation scale in respiratory teaching in undergraduate class.Methods:120 undergraduate students were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 60 students in each group.The control group was used traditional teaching method.The test group was used the"PBL"teaching method combined with evaluation scale.The teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The excellent and good rate of learning atmosphere,learning interest and theoretical test in the test group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Cronbach'sαcoefficient of the internal consistency reliability of the questionnaire was about 0.9,and the Cronbach'sαcoefficient of each lower scale was 0.7~0.8.There was no significant difference between the total score and each subscore compared with the results measured 2 weeks later(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of PBL evaluation scale in respiratory teaching in undergraduate class has significant reliability and validity.
