《针灸大成》后溪穴临床应用浅析

摘　　要：《针灸大成》中记载的关于后溪穴的操作方法有针刺、艾灸、刺血与推拿四种,补泻手法以泻法居多,但须辨别虚实。后溪穴临床适用于痛证、神志疾病、头面五官疾病、皮肤疾病、肢体疾病、儿科疾病等,其中,以痛证、神志疾病以及头面五官疾病运用较广泛,可单独使用,也可配伍其他腧穴。《针灸大成》中虽未直接言明后溪穴补泻,但根据该穴"火"属性及其主治病症不难推测出,后溪多用泻法,泻后溪具有祛风解表、清热解毒、通络止痛、安神醒脑、熄风止痉之效。但在治疗"脾寒发疟"之证时,多施以灸法。There are four kinds of operation methods about Houxi(SI 3) recorded in Great Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion:acupuncture,moxibustion,pricking blood and massage.Purgative method is mainly used,but the deficiency and excess should be distinguished.Houxi is suitable for pain syndrome,mental diseases,head and face diseases,skin diseases,limb diseases,pediatric diseases,etc.Among them,pain syndrome,mental diseases and head and face diseases are often treated with this point.It can be used alone or combined with other points.Although it is not directly stated in Great Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion that Houxi has reinforcing and reducing effects,it is not difficult to infer that purgative method is mostly used according to its "fire" attribute and indications.Purging Houxi can dispel wind and relieve exterior,clear away heat and toxin,dredge collaterals and relieve pain,calm the nerves and awaken the brain,extinguish wind and stop spasm.However,moxibustion is often used in the treatment of malaria due to spleen cold.
