摘 要:通过正交实验确定了黄连素优化的提取工艺条件,并对黄连素进行提纯和改性,用红外、质谱、核磁等手段对其结构进行了表征.探讨了黄连素改性前后对腈纶、棉、毛、蚕丝等6种织物的染色性能.结果发现,改性后,除腈纶外对其他织物的染色性能都有明显提高,日晒牢度也有所改善.The optimum extraction conditions of berberine were determined by orthogonal experiment and the berberine was purified and modified;the structure of berberine was characterized by IR,MS and NMR.The dyeing properties of berberine and modified berberine on six kinds of fabrics(acrylic fiber,cotton,wool and silk)before and after modification were discussed.The results showed that the dyeing properties on the fabrics(except acrylic fiber)were obviously improved after modification.In addition,the textile treated with the modified berberine showed better light fastness.
