摘　　要：近年来,伴随着我国研究生教育发展迅速,尤其在国家大力发展非全日制研究生教育的背景下,非全日制研究生教育发展迅速,迎来了新的发展机遇。在对新形势下非全日制研究生教育的分类和特点进行探讨的基础上,分析了非全日制研究生档案管理工作的特征和当前档案管理工作中存在的问题,并对如何实现非全日制研究生档案管理的科学化、规范化、现代化提出了对策及建议。In recent years,with the rapid development of postgraduate education in China,especially in the context of the vigorous development of part-time postgraduate education,part-time postgraduate education has developed rapidly and ushered in new opportunities for development.On the basis of probing into the classification and characteristics of part-time postgraduate education under the new situation,this paper analyzes on the characteristics of the management of part-time postgraduate archives and the problems existing in the current archives management,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to realize the scientization,standardization and modernization of the management of part-time postgraduate archives.
