摘　　要：荷兰RAP生殖健康模式是通过正视青少年的性行为,以权利和知情为基础,以服务保护和参与为保障,使青少年形成正确的性与生殖健康观念,提升其性与生殖健康的能力和水平,促进安全健康成长。营造构筑良好开明对待性与生殖健康教育的政策环境,增进青少年性与生殖健康的权利意识,实施青少年性与生殖健康通识教育,促进青少年成为健康行动的主人,对推进我国青少年生殖健康行动有着较好的启示意义。The Holland RAP reproductive health model aims to make adolescents to form correct sexual and reproductive health concept,improve their ability and level of sexual and reproductive health,and facilitate safe and healthy growth by facing up to adolescents′sexual behaviors,taking rights and knowledge as the basis,and taking service protection and participation as the guarantee.It is of great significance to build a good policy environment for open-minded treatment of sexual and reproductive health education,promote the right awareness of sexual and reproductive health of adolescents,implement the general education of sexual and reproductive health of adolescents,and promote adolescents to become the masters of health actions.
