摘　　要：目的分析外周血成纤维细胞生长因子2(FGF2)、血管内皮生长因子A(VEGFA)及循环肿瘤细胞(CTC)含量水平与肺癌转移的相关性。方法选取2019年3月至2020年3月在本院进行手术治疗的肺癌患者74例作为研究对象,所有患者均经手术病理学证实为原发性肺癌,检测患者癌组织及癌旁组织FGF2、VEGFA及CTC表达水平,分析其与临床病理学的关系,并采用受试者工作特征曲线(ROC曲线)评估其与肺癌患者淋巴结转移的相关性。结果肺癌患者癌组织的FGF2、VEGFA及CTC表达阳性率均高于癌旁组织,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);癌组织FGF2、VEGFA及CTC阳性表达与组织学类型、肿瘤大小、分化程度、年龄无关(P>0.05),与淋巴结是否转移、PTMN分期有关(P<0.05);ROC曲线显示,联合检测的AUC为0.889(0.807~0.971,P<0.000),诊断指数最大(敏感性90.39%,特异性91.25%,准确度92.44%)。结论外周血FGF2、VEGFA、CTC参与肺癌的发生、发展,与淋巴结转移密切相关,对肺癌转移的转移具有重要的预测价值。Objective To analyze the correlation between the levels of fibroblast growth factor 2(FGF2),vascular endothelial growth factor A(VEGFA)and circulating tumor cells(CTC)in peripheral blood and lung cancer metastasis.Methods A total of 74 patients with lung cancer who underwent surgical treatment in the hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were enrolled as the research objects.All were confirmed with primary lung cancer by surgical pathology.The expression levels of FGF2,VEGFA and CTC in cancer tissues and adjacent tissues were detected.Their relationship with clinical pathology was analyzed.And their correlation with lymph node metastasis in lung cancer patients was analyzed by receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC curve).Results The positive expression rates of FGF2,VEGFA and CTC in cancer tissues were higher than those in adjacent tissues(P<0.05).The positive expression of FGF2,VEGFA and CTC in cancer tissues were not related to histological types,tumor size,differentiation degree or age(P>0.05),while related to lymph node metastasis and PTMN staging(P<0.05).ROC curves showed that AUC of combined detection was 0.889(0.807~0.971,P<0.000).Its diagnosis index was the greatest(sensitivity:90.39%,specificity:91.25%,accuracy:92.44%).Conclusion FGF2,VEGFA and CTC in peripheral blood are involved in the occurrence and development of lung cancer,which are closely related to lymph node metastasis,and are of important predictive value for lung cancer metastasis.
