摘　　要：档案建设工作在人才培养、教学科研、意识认同和文化辐射四个方面对高职院校内涵式发展具有重要的推动作用。规范档案建设、构建数字档案体系、挖掘特色档案资料,有利于提升高职院校内部治理能力,有利于创新信息服务、构建文化展示平台,从而推进院校内涵式发展。Archives construction plays an important role in the connotative development of vocational colleges for talent cultivation,teaching research,consciousness identity and culture radiation. Meanwhile,standardizing the archives construction,establishing the digital archives system,and exploring characteristic data will be conducive to promoting the internal governance capability,information service innovation and cultural exhibition platform of vocational colleges,so as to promote the connotative development of vocational colleges.
