腹腔镜下Dixon手术治疗直肠癌的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察腹腔镜下直肠低位前切除术(Dixon)治疗直肠癌的临床疗效。方法选取2018年5月至2019年5月就诊于本院的60例直肠癌患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,各30例。对照组行腹腔镜下会阴联合直肠癌根治术(Miles)治疗,研究组行腹腔镜下Dixon手术治疗。比较两组手术指标、排便功能及并发症发生率。结果研究组术中失血量、术后引流量均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组排便功能优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组手术时间、术后排气时间及并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论直肠癌患者采取腹腔镜下Dixon手术治疗可减少术中失血量、术后引流量,改善排便功能,且并发症较少,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of laparoscopic low rectal resection(Dixon)in the treatment of rectal cancer.Methods 60 rectal cancer patients who were treated in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each groups.The control group underwent laparoscopic perineum combined with rectal cancer radical surgery(Miles)and the study group underwent laparoscopic Dixon surgery.The surgical index,defecation function and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results Intraoperative blood loss and postoperative drainage volume of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the defecation function of the study group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in operation time,postoperative exhaust time and complication rate.Conclusion Dixon surgery under laparoscopic operation in patients with rectal cancer can reduce intraoperative blood loss,postoperative drainage,improve defecation function,and have fewer complications,it is worthy of clinical application.
