摘  要:目的探究腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术中改良缝合方法的临床疗效。方法选取2017年8月至2019年8月本院收治的86例进行腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术的患者为研究对象,按照缝合方式的不同分为对照组(n=44)和观察组(n=42)。对照组采用常规分层缝合法,观察组采用改良缝合方法。比较两组临床治疗效果及并发症发生率。结果观察组手术时间及术中出血量均明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术后肛门排气时间及术后并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论在宫腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术中采用改良缝合方法易于操作,安全可靠,术中出血量少,手术时间较短,预后效果较好,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of improved suture method in laparoscopic myomectomy.Methods 86 patients who underwent laparoscopic myomectomy from August 2017 to August 2019 were selected as the research subjects.According to the different suture methods,they were divided into control group(n=44)and observation group(n=42).The control group used conventional layered suture,and the observation group used improved suture.Comparative analysis of clinical treatment effects and complications of the two groups.Results The operation time and intraoperative blood loss of the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the postoperative anal exhaust time and postoperative complications between the two groups.The operation time and intraoperative blood loss of observation group were significantly less than those of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the postoperative anal exhaust time and postoperative complications between the two groups.Conclusion The improved suture method used in hysteroscopic myomectomy is easy to operate,safe and reliable,with less intraoperative blood loss,shorter operation time,and good prognosis.It is worthy of clinical application.
