摘 要:针对由于电阻应变式称重传感器的迟滞性对称重系统造成的误差问题,对电阻应变式称重传感器的工作原理进行了分析,对电阻应变式称重传感器进行迟滞性补偿的Preisach模型数值实现方法进行了研究。提出了一种改进的Preisach模型数值实现方法,并给出了改进后模型的数学计算公式;利用西门子称重模块对改进前和改进后的Preisach模型数值实现方法进行了实验研究。研究结果表明:相较于改进前Preisach模型的数值实现方法,改进后的Preisach模型的数值实现方法,在增加状态载荷大于递减历史极大值和降低状态载荷小于递增历史极小值的情况下,其计算结果误差更小,实验中最大误差可由10.26%减小到1.66%;随着实验次数的增加,改进后的Preisach模型的数值实现方法有效地减小了误差的累加,为电阻应变式称重传感器的迟滞性提供更加准确的数学模型。Aiming at the problem caused by the hysteresis weighing system of the resistance strain gauge load cell, the working principle of the resistance strain gauge load cell was analyzed, and the numerical realization method of the Preisach model of the resistance strain gauge load cell hysteresis was carried out. In the research, an improved numerical realization method of the Preisach model was proposed, and the mathematical calculation formula of the improved model was given. The numerical realization method of the Preisach model before and after the improvement was experimentally studied using the Siemens weighing module. The results indicate that, comparing with the numerical implementation method of the pre-improved Preisach model, the numerical implementation method of the improved Preisach model calculates the results when the increase state load is greater than the decreasing historical maximum value and the decrease state load is less than the incremental historical minimum value. The error is smaller, and the maximum error in the experiment can be reduced from 10.26% to 1.66%. With the increase of the number of experiments, the numerical realization method of the improved Preisach model effectively reduces the accumulation of errors, which can provide the hysteresis of the resistance strain type load cell with a more accurate mathematical model.
