药物联合心理疗法治疗老年躯体疾病所致精神障碍的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的研究将药物联合心理疗法应用于老年躯体疾病所致精神障碍患者中的作用与效果。方法摘选2018年1月至2020年3月,我院接收的老年躯体疾病所致精神障碍患者94例,随机分为对照组(n=47)、观察组(n=47),对照组施予药物治疗,观察组施予药物联合心理疗法,观察并比较两组最终的结果。结果观察组汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)评分、不良反应总发生率均低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论药物联合心理疗法应用到老年躯体疾病所致精神障碍患者中,能够获得更为理想的效果。Objective To study the therapeutic effects and functions of drug combined psychotherapy in elderly patients with mental disorders caused by somatic diseases. Methods From January 2018 to March 2020, 94 cases of elderly patients with mental disorders caused by somatic diseases in our hospital were selected. According to the different methods, they can be divided into control group(n=47), observation group(n=47), control group using drug therapy, while observation group using drug combined psychotherapy, the final results were observed and compared. Results For the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) score, Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA) score, the concise psychiatric assessment scale(BPRS) score and the total incidence of adverse reactions, in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion The combination of medication and psychotherapy can be applied to elderly patients with mental disorders caused by somatic diseases.
