摘　　要：宫颈癌是最常见的妇科恶性肿瘤,淋巴结转移状态是影响宫颈癌预后和生存率的重要因素。根据FIGO分期,I_(a2)期以上的患者常行广泛性子宫切除术和盆腔淋巴结清扫术。早期宫颈癌患者淋巴结转移率低,而盆腔淋巴结清扫可能会导致许多并发症的出现,严重影响患者的术后生活质量。前哨淋巴结(sentinel lymph node,SLN)是接受肿瘤淋巴引流的第一站淋巴结,能反映整个盆腔淋巴结的转移状况,其应用使大多数早期宫颈癌患者避免了不必要的盆腔淋巴结清扫。通过对前哨淋巴结的研究,进而判断盆腔淋巴结的转移状况,为早期宫颈癌的治疗术中是否切除盆腔淋巴结及对其预后评估提供一定的依据。Cervical cancer is one of the most common gynecological malignancies.Lymph node metastasis is an important predictor for prognosis and survival of cervical cancer patients.According to the International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics(FIGO)staging system,surgery for early disease is radical hysterectomy with systematic pelvic lymphadenectomy with at least stage I a2.The metastasis rate of lymph node is low in the patients with early cervical cancer.However,the pelvic lymphadenectomy is associated with many morbidities which probably decrease the quality of life.Sentinel lymph node is(SLN)the first station to receive tumor lymphatic drainage,so that the patients without0x09lymph node involvement can avoid the lymphadenectomy,and those surgical complications can be effectively reduced.Through the study of sentinel lymph node,we can judge the metastasis status of pelvic lymph node,which provides certain basis for the treatment and the prognosis of early cervical cancer.
