摘　　要：目的:检测小细胞肺癌中微小RNA-194-5p(miR-194-5p)的表达,探讨其临床意义,并关注其与重组人类核糖核酸结合蛋白3a(MEX3a)的关系。方法:选择小细胞肺癌患者共51例作为观察组,分别选择大细胞癌10例、典型类癌10例、不典型类癌5例作为对照组。应用实时荧光定量PCR法检测miR-194-5p的表达,应用免疫组化方法检测小细胞肺癌中MEX3a的表达。结果:观察组中miR-194-5p的表达量高于大细胞癌,观察组中miR-194-5p的表达低于典型类癌和不典型类癌。观察组中miR-194-5p的表达在肿瘤最大径、增殖指数分组中差别有统计学意义。而在性别、年龄、发病部位及病灶数量的分组中差别无统计学意义。生存分析显示miR-194-5p的表达与生存时间相关。相关分析显示miR-194-5p和MEX3a具有负相关性。结论:miR-194-5p的异常表达与小细胞肺癌的病变进展有关。miR-194-5p与MEX3a具有负相关性。miR-194-5p可能与小细胞肺癌的预后有关。Objective:To detect the expression of microRNA-194-5p(miR-194-5p)in small cell lung cancer,explore its clinical significance,pay attention to its relationship with MEX3a.Methods:51 patients with small cell lung cancer were selected as the observation group.10 patients with large cell carcinoma,10 patients with typical carcinoid and 5 patients with atypical carcinoid were selected as the control group.Expression of miR-194-5p was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR in two groups.Expression of MEX3a was detected by immunohistochemistry in the observation group.Results:Expression of miR-194-5p was higher in the observation group than that in large cell carcinoma.Expression of miR-194-5p was lower in the observation group than that in typical carcinoid and atypical carcinoid.Expression of miR-194-5p was significantly different in tumor maximum diameter and proliferation index,but not in gender,age,location and lesions number in the observation group.Expression of miR-194-5p was related to survival time.Negative correlation was found between miR-194-5p and MEX3a.Conclusion:Abnormal expression of miR-194-5p is related to the progress of the disease in small cell lung cancer.miR-194-5p and MEX3a have negative correlation.miR-194-5p may have relationship with prognosis in small cell lung cancer.
