摘　　要：目的:研究Bmi-1、C-myc在子宫内膜癌和不典型增生子宫内膜中的表达。方法:应用免疫组化检测90例子宫内膜样腺癌、40例不典型增生子宫内膜组织中Bmi-1、C-myc的表达。结果:在子宫内膜样腺癌和不典型增生子宫内膜中Bmi-1、C-myc阳性率分别为83.3%和55%,78.9%和72.5%。子宫内膜样腺癌中,Bmi-1和C-myc均与组织学分级、浸润深度、血管浸润、雌激素和孕激素相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Bmi-1和C-myc呈正相关(r=0.029,P=0.006)。结论:在子宫内膜样腺癌的发生发展中,Bmi-1和C-myc可能具有协同作用,联合检测Bmi-1和C-myc对早期子宫内膜样腺癌的诊断和发展具有一定参考价值。Objective:To explore the expressions of Bmi-1 protein and C-myc in the endometrioid adenocarcinoma and atypical hyperplasia of endometrium.Methods:Immunohistochemistrical methods was used to explore the expressions of Bmi-1 protein and C-myc in 90 cases of endometrioid adenocarcinoma and 40 cases of atypical hyperplasia of endometrium.Results:The postive rate of Bmi-1 protein in the endometrioid adenocarcinoma and atypical hyperplasia were 83.3%and 55%,respctively.The postive rate of C-myc in the endometrioid adenocarcinoma and atypical hyperplasia of endometrium were 78.9%and 72.5%,respectively.In the endometrioid adenocarcinoma,the expression of Bmi-1 and C-myc were associated with histologic grade,invasion depth,vascular invasion,estrogen receptorαand progesterone receptor,respectively.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was positive correlation between the expression of Bmi-1 protein and that of C-myc(r=0.029,P=0.006).Conclusion:Bmi-1 and C-myc protein may cooperate with each other in the occurrence and development of endometrioid adenocarcinoma.The combined detection of Bmi-1 and C-myc is of certain value in the early diagnosis and development of endometrioid adenocarcinoma.
