摘 要:在车载全站仪免置平设站中,考虑全站仪测量精度和CPⅢ控制网的相对精度,通常需要进行多余观测以提高设站精度,但其依靠人工照准和观测的方式,测量效率低,操作体验差,难以满足高速铁路无砟轨道测量在效率和适应性方面的要求。基于车载全站仪位置姿态模型,提出一种免置平车载全站仪CPⅢ自动照准测量方法。计算机仿真结果表明,通常情况下,该方法能确保全站仪在免置平设站过程中正确锁定和照准目标棱镜;当线路偏差较大时,个别目标的正确锁定存在挑战,通过程序法或补偿法进行处理,可保证设站自动化的顺利进行。线路试验表明,基于免置平自动设站CPⅢ自动照准方法,设站测量效率提高1倍,综合测量效率提高50%,用户评价和体验得到改善。Considering the measurement accuracy of the ETS(electronic total station) and the relative precision of the CPⅢ control network, the free-stationing of the vehicle ETS is usually necessary to make redundant observations to improve the accuracy of the station. However, relying on manual alignment and observation, the low efficiency and poor user experience make it unable to meet the measurement efficiency and adaptability requirements of high-speed railway. To improve measurement efficiency and optimize instrument operation, a method of the CPⅢ automatic aiming and measurement based on the vehicle ETS without leveling was proposed based on the vehicle ETS’s position and attitude model. Computer simulation results show that, in general, this method can ensure that the ETS can correctly lock and aim the target prism in the process of the free-stationing without leveling. When the line deviation is large, there is a challenge for the correct locking of individual targets, which can be handled by the program method or compensation method to ensure the smooth progress of station automation. Line experiments show that the free-stationing efficiency can be doubled. The comprehensive efficiency can be increased by 50 percent. The evaluation and user experience improved during the automation of free-stationing.
