摘　　要：建设优秀的产业工人队伍是我国新时代实现工业强基、建设制造强国的重要举措。针对产业工人队伍建设中存在的产业工人总量与产业发展需求之间缺口较大且布局差异明显、产业工人收入总体偏低、产业工人的职业教育与企业用工互动不佳等问题,提出了提高产业工人的政治地位、提高产业工人的技能素质、建设“三型”产业工人队伍、优化产业工人队伍建设服务等建议。The construction of excellent industrial workers is an important measure to strengthen the base of industry and build China into a powerful manufacturing country in the new era.However,there are some problems in the construction of industrial workers in China,such as the large gap between the total number of industrial workers and the demand for industrial development,the obvious difference in distribution,the overall low income of industrial workers,and the poor interaction between vocational education of industrial workers and employment of enterprises.To this end,the following suggestions are put forward:improving the political position of industrial workers,improving the quality of industrial workers skills,constructing"three types"industrial workers,optimizing the construction service of industrial workers,etc.
