摘　　要：以“高效价兔抗绵羊红细胞抗体的制备与检测”校级虚拟仿真实验项目为例,从虚拟实验原理、虚拟实验教学方法、资源建设与实验考核等方面全面阐述了免疫学检验虚拟仿真实验的建设思路与设计方案,旨在为免疫学或者免疫学检验技术等相关专业开展虚拟仿真实验积累宝贵的经验。同时,为免疫学应用型专业人才的培养提供了良好的平台,填补了免疫学技术教学中存在的理论与实践空白。Taking the virtual simulation experiment project of"preparation and detection of high-efficiency rabbit anti-SRBC antibody"as an example.Mainly introduces experiment design,experiment teaching mode,resource construction and evaluation mode.The practice proved that virtual simulation experiment was advantageous in improving the students′understanding of theoretical knowledge,the design and development of the experimental design,and the enthusiasm of autonomous learning.Meanwhile,it provides a good platform for the training of applied professional immunological talents,and filled the gap between theory and practice existing in Immunological Techniques teaching.
