摘　　要：脑性瘫痪简称脑瘫,指包括一系列运动及姿势异常的综合征,常合并有足部畸形及功能障碍,是目前导致儿童残疾及生活障碍的主要疾病之一。早期根据患儿病情制定个性化的治疗方案,进行药物注射、外科手术等治疗及康复训练对足功能的维持、患儿生活质量的改善具有重要意义。As one of the most common causes of life obstacles and disabilities,cerebral palsy(CP)encompasses a large group of childhood movement and posture disorders.It is frequently associated with such impairments as foot deformity and dysfunction.Personalized therapeutic regimens should be formulated at an early stage.Early medication,surgery and rehabilitative training offer a great hand to maintain joint condition and ease life quality.
