摘　　要：为了使机械设计学科的知识难点易学易用且更加完善,补充了部分机械设计学科的数学和力学基础:1)补充了20个知识难点的力学和数学基础;2)采用两种方法证明了具有自锁功能的螺纹连结效率小于50%的结果;3)推导了功率、力、位移、转矩、半径、角速度之间的关系;4)提出了周转轮系传动比计算的标注方向法,针对实际转动情况标注各齿轮的假定转动方向,基于啮合关系建立转速与齿轮齿数之间的关系式,如果由方程或方程组求得某体的转速为负值,则该实际转动方向与假定方向相反;5)同一轴上多个键槽的位置表述为“与经过轴线的同一个平面对称,并且宽度应尽量相同”。打牢力学和数学基础有利于机械设计学科的发展。In order to make the difficult knowledge of mechanical design easy to learn and use and more perfect,the mathematics and mechanics foundation of some mechanical design disciplines are supplemented:1)the mechanical and mathematical foundations of 20 difficult knowledge points are supplemented;2)two methods are used to prove that the efficiency of thread connection with self-locking function is less than 50%;3)the relationships among power,force,displacement,torque,radius and angular velocity are deduced;4)the direction labeling method for calculating the transmission ratio of epicyclic gear train is proposed.The assumed rotation direction of each gear is marked according to the actual rotation situation.Based on the meshing relationship,the relationship between the rotation speed and the number of gear teeth is established.If the rotational speed of a body is negative from the equation or equations,the actual rotational direction is opposite to the assumed direction;5)the position of multiple keyways on the same axis is expressed as"symmetrical with the same plane passing through the axis,and the width should be the same as possible".To solidify the foundation of methematics and mechanics is beneficial to the development of mechanical design.
