摘  要:实验教学在创新性人才培养中占有重要地位。本文以海水络合容量实验为例,介绍了科研训练在化学海洋学实验中的应用和实践过程。学生在掌握实验基本原理和方法的基础上,结合实际应用,拓展出几个感兴趣的科学问题进行探究性研究。在实验过程中,学生自行设计实验方案,通过实验结果及文献资料,解决科学问题。这些融入教学的科研训练,增强了学生的科研兴趣,锻炼了学生解决问题的能力,为学生以后从事科研工作打下了基础。Experimental teaching plays an important role in the cultivation of innovative talents.With a case experiment"complexation capacity of seawater",this paper introduced the practice process and application of the inquiry-based experiment teaching in the course of"chemical oceanography experiment".Before trained,students must master the basic principles and methods,then raised several scientific problems to resolve based on their interesting.In their experimental process,students were guided to carry out exploratory research through scientific questions.They were claimed to design their own experimental scheme and solve their scientific problems by themselves through analysis of the experimental results and literatures.Those scientific research training integrated into teaching has exercised students’ability to find and solve problems and enhanced their interest in scientific research,as well as lay an important foundation for their future in scientific research.
