摘　　要：癌症是一个需要多学科综合治疗的病种,这在欧美医学发达国家已成为共识和常规,也越来越成为中国医院提升癌症等复杂病种诊治水平的努力方向。作者拟详细介绍德国癌症协会的综合癌症中心(CCC)系统的建设思路与实施过程,以及其对我国推进复杂病种质量管理体系建设的启示,为国内综合癌症中心的建设以及政策决策者提供借鉴和参考。Cancer is a disease that needs multidisciplinary treatment.This has become a shared understanding and routine in developed countries in Europe and the United States.Also,it has increasingly become the direction for Chinese hospitals to improve the diagnosis and treatment level of complex diseases such as cancer.The idea of construction and implementation of the comprehensive cancer center system of German Cancer Society and its enlightenment on promoting the construction of quality management system of complex diseases in China were introduced in detail,to provide references for the construction of comprehensive cancer centers and policymakers in China.
