摘　　要：高等教育的大众化推动了地方高校扩张式发展。地方高校在发展进程中出现了办学定位模糊问题,一个突出表现就是学术至上,这是地方高校对自身办学定位的僭越。根据西方地方高校办学经验及当前我国社会发展的特点,职业性导向才是地方高校办学定位的理性回归。由于内外压力,地方高校转型是应然选择,地方高校转型的方向是应用技术型大学,实现这种转型需要"厘清应用技术型大学的内涵和特征,及时确定转型思路;创新管理机制,排除体制障碍;强化教学、专业和课程建设;实现校企合作"。The popularization of higher education have promoted the expansion development of local undergraduate colleges and universities.In the process of development, they have appeared some problems due to the vague orientation of running schools.One outstanding manifestation is academic supremacy, which is oversteping themselves.According to the experience of running schools in western universities and the characteristics of social development in China, professional orientation is the rational return. Due to the internal and external pressure, the transformation of local colleges and universities should be the right choice. The direction is the application-oriented university. To achieve it, we need to clarify the connotation and characteristics of the application-oriented university,determining the transformation ideas in time,innovating the management mechanism, removing the system obstacles,strengthening the construction of teaching, specialty and curriculum, and realizing the school enterprise Cooperation.
