摘　　要：大学治理现代化包括大学治理体系现代化和大学治理能力现代化两个方面。从高等教育"放管服"改革视角看,目前大学治理仍存在治理理念缺乏"放管服"顶层设计、治理制度执行力欠佳、治理权力主体交错杂糅、治理步伐缓慢、治理手段更新滞后等问题。有鉴于此,通过注重治理理念的顶层设计、完善制度建设、理顺权力主体关系、改进大学治理方式和升级现代信息技术来实现大学治理现代化。Modernization of university governance includes modernization of university governance system and modernization of university governance capacity.From the perspective of"Reform of Government Functions",there are still some problems in university governance,such as the lack of top-level design of the governance concept,the poor execution of the governance system,the interweaving of the main bodies of governance power,the slow pace of governance,and the lagging behind of the new governance means.In view of this,through the introduction of the higher education"regulation and service"thought,the modernization of university governance is realized by focusing on the top-level design of governance concept,perfecting the system construction,straightening out the relationship between power subjects,improving university governance and upgrading modern information technology.
