摘　　要：学科作为组织生命体,通过资源输入和绩效输出的不断循环与发展推动着学科生态系统的生成、优化甚至再造。学科生态系统由核心生态因子和外围生态因子构成,其中,核心生态因子是基于学科内部知识与组织形态的生成和发展逻辑,主要包括知识因子、学者因子和规则因子;外围生态因子主要是基于学科外部的影响因素,由环境因子、物质因子、能量因子、信息因子构成。文化对学科生态系统的影响通过文化对生态因子的作用而产生,主要表现为文化对知识因子的选择与判断、文化对学者因子的促进与制约、文化对规则因子的渗透与促生、文化对外围生态因子的干预与平衡。As the organizational life body,the discipline promotes the generation,optimization and even reconstruction of the discipline ecosystem through the continuous circulation and development of resource input and performance output.As for the disciplinary ecosystem,it consists of core ecological factors and peripheral ecological factors.The core ecological factors are based on the generation and development logic of the internal knowledge and organizational forms of the discipline,including knowledge factors,scholar factors and rule factors.The peripheral ecological factors are mainly based on the external factors of the discipline,and are composed of environmental factors,material factors,energy factors and information factors.The influence of culture on the disciplinary ecosystem is produced by the influence of culture on ecological factors,mainly as follows:the influence of culture on the choice and judgment on knowledge factors,the promotion and restriction of scholars’factors,the penetration and promotion of rule factors,and the intervention and balance of peripheral ecological factors.
