摘  要:为更好地实现慕课等在线教育平台的使用价值,促进大学生有意义地进行在线深度学习,提升高校在线教学质量,推动高等教育教学的信息化变革,需要对在线教育环境下大学生持续学习行为的影响因素进行系统分析,并解释各因素间的层次关系与作用路径,从而制定有针对性的促进策略。研究表明,在线教育环境下大学生持续学习行为的影响因素可归纳为学习者特征、教师助学特征、课程平台特征和应用环境特征等四个维度、14个因素。持续学习意向是最直接原因,学习目的与动机、学习能力与策略、教师助学、课程设计与质量、教学管理制度和平台功能与服务是基础原因。以学生为中心强化教学设计、优化课程平台、赋能大学教师和建立多维信息与知识传播通道是促进大学生持续参与在线学习的重要举措。It is necessary to analyze systematically factors influencing on university students’continuous learning behavior in online educational environment,explain hierarchical relationship and role path of various factors and provide targeted strategies for realizing the use value of online education platforms,such as MOOCs,promoting meaningful deep learning of university students,improving online teaching in universities and giving impetus to informational reform of instruction in higher education.It has found that factors influencing on university students’continuous learning behavior in online educational environment mainly involve fourteen factors classified into four dimensions,that is,the learner characteristics,the assistance of teachers,the functions of course platforms and the environment of application.The direct reason is continuous learning intention.The basic reasons are learning motivation,learning ability and strategies,assistance of teachers,design and quality of courses,instructional management and functions and services of platforms.Therefore,it is important for university students’continuous learning in online educational environment to intensify instructional design based on students,improve course platforms,empower university teachers and establish channels of multidimensional information and knowledge dissemination.
