摘  要:以车桑子种子为试材,采用超声波辅助法提取总黄酮,在单因素试验的基础上,以乙醇浓度、液料比、超声时间和提取次数为影响因素,通过响应曲面法优化车桑子种子总黄酮提取工艺并考察其体外抗氧化活性,旨在为车桑子植物资源的开发利用提供参考依据。结果表明:车桑子种子总黄酮提取最佳条件为乙醇浓度40%、液料比15∶1 mL·g^-1、超声提取50 min、超声提取2次,车桑子种子黄酮提取物对DPPH自由基和ABTS自由基具有较强清除能力且对Fe^3+也具有较强的还原能力。The total flavonoids were extracted from the seeds of Dodonaea viscosa,which were assisted with ultrasonic wave.Based on the single factor test,the ethanol concentration,liquid-material ratio,ultrasonic extraction time and extraction times were used as the experimental factors.The response surface method was used to optimize the extraction process,in order to provide theoretical reference for further development of Dodonaea viscosa resource.The results showed that the optimal process conditions for the extraction of flavonoids were ethanol concentration 40%,liquid-material ratio 15∶1 mL·g^-1,ultrasonic extraction 50 minutes,ultrasonic extraction 2 times.The total flavonoids extraction possed strong DPPH free radical and ABTS free radical scavenging activity,as well as had strong Fe^3+reducing ability.
