摘　　要：脑胶质瘤是常见的中枢神经系统恶性肿瘤,其预后较差。手术及放化疗是目前的主要治疗方法,但放化疗不良反应明显,术后复发率较高,效果并不理想。中医药在改善症状、提高生活质量、缓解放化疗不良反应、降低复发率、延长病人生存期等方面显示出一定的优势。该文就近年来中医药治疗脑胶质瘤的临床研究作简要综述。Glioma is a common malignant tumor of the central nervous system,and its prognosis is poor. Surgery,radiotherapy and chemotherapy are the main treatment methods at present,but the adverse reactions of radiotherapy and chemotherapy are obvious,the postoperative recurrence rate is high,and the effect is not ideal. Traditional Chinese medicine shows certain advantages in improving symptoms,improving the quality of life,alleviating the adverse reactions of radiotherapy and chemotherapy,reducing the recurrence rate,prolonging the survival time of patients and so on. This article briefly reviews the clinical research of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of glioma in recent years.
