从“五脏一体观”角度探析肺阳与其他脏腑阳气联系

摘　　要：中医学自古以来就非常重视五脏之间的统一性、完整性以及五脏阴阳之间的相互关系。中医学认为五脏是一个有机的整体,虽然历代医家很少提及肺阳和肺阳虚等相关理论,但是肺阳是确实存在的,并且肺阳与其他脏腑阳气在生理上相互协调,在病理上相互影响。五脏阳气协调有序则人体各项生理机能正常,如《素问·经脉别论篇》中所述:"合于四时五脏阴阳,揆度以为常也"。若其他四脏阳气不足,不仅仅会导致本脏生理功能失调,还会影响到肺阳,从而导致肺主宣发肃降的生理机能受到一定的影响。该文从"五脏一体观"角度出发,探讨分析了肺阳与其他脏腑阳气的联系,为"肺阳"和"五脏阴阳"等相关概念和内涵构建了初步的理论体系,这对于中医藏象学理论和肺阳理论的研究具有重要意义。Since ancient times,traditional Chinese medicine has attached great importance to the holism of five ZANG-organs. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the five internal organs are a whole. Although medical scholars in the past seldom mentioned related theories such as lung Yang and deficiency of lung Yang,but lung Yang does exist. The coordination and order of "Yang"in the five ZANG-organs is the prerequisite for the normal physiological function of the human body. As stated in Suwen · Jingmai Bielun:"the combination of Yin and Yang in the four seasons makes normal physiological function of viscera". If the"Yang"of the other four Zang organs is insufficient,it will not only lead to the physiological dysfunction of the viscera,but also affect the physiological function of lung. This paper discusses and analyzes the relationship between lung Yang and Yang of other organs from the perspective of"holism of five ZANGorgans". A preliminary theoretical system has been constructed for the concepts and connotations of"lung Yang"and"five viscera Yin and Yang". This is of great significance to the study of visceral state theory and lung Yang theory.
