摘　　要：EPIP是在长期职业教育实践与理论研究的基础上,创立的一种教学模式,适合于创新型、复合型、应用型技术技能人才培养,在“鲁班工坊”建设中发挥了重要作用。文章从EPIP的四个核心要素,工程化、实践性、创新型、项目式,详细阐述了EPIP中观层面的专业建设应用,以及“核心技术一体化”专业建设模式。并对EPIP专业建设本质进行了思考和解析。EPIP is a teaching mode that is founded on the basis of long-term vocational education practice and theoretical research.It is suitable for cultivation of innovative,compound and practical skilled talents,which plays an important role in the construction of“Luban Workshop”.From four core elements of EPIP-engineering,practice,innovation and project,this paper elaborates the application of EPIP in specialty construction at the meso level and the specialty construction mode of“integration of core technologies”in detail.The essence of the specialty construction of EPIP is analyzed thereafter.
