摘 要:通过对职业教育师资的跨文化学习及其培训模式的研究,获得跨文化合作院校跨文化师资培训的方法,解决实际操作问题,建设跨文化师资培训研究的完备的理论体系,是我国高职院校有效地进行跨文化师资培训的有益指导和借鉴。文章从跨文化师资培训模式研究的背景及意义入手,描述了国内外对教师学习和培训的研究现状和评价。在此基础上,通过对企业跨文化师资培训模式进行的基础研究,进一步对各种跨文化各类师资培训模式进行了比较。研究了跨文化教师培训的特殊性,具体跨文化职教教师培训的内容与方法;构建了跨文化职教教师培训的系统模式,并对跨文化职教教师培训模式的具体操作程序进行了阐释;最后对跨文化职教师资培训考核的内容、方法及实施进行了说明。through the research on the cross-cultural learning and training mode of vocational education teachers,it is possible to obtain the methods of cross-cultural training for teachers in cross-cultural cooperative colleges,solve practical problems,and build a complete theoretical system of cross-cultural teacher training research,which is a useful guidance and reference for the effective cross-cultural teacher training in higher vocational colleges in China.This paper starts with the background and significance of the research on cross-cultural teacher training mode,and describes the research status and evaluation of teacher learning and training at home and abroad.On this basis,through the basic research on the enterprise cross-cultural teacher training mode,this paper compares various cross-cultural teacher training modes in depth.It studies the particularity of cross-cultural teacher training,the specific content and methods of cross-cultural teacher training in vocational education;the systematic model of cross-cultural vocational education teacher training is constructed,and the specific operation procedures of cross-cultural vocational education teacher training model is explained;finally,this paper explainsassessment for the content,method and implementation of teacher training of cross-cultural vocational education.
