GOLPH3、Livin蛋白表达水平与胃癌患者临床病理特征的相关性研究

摘　　要：【目的】探讨胃癌组织中高尔基体磷酸化蛋白3(GOLPH3)、Livin蛋白表达水平及与患者临床病理学特征的关系。【方法】选取两院病理科收集的80例胃癌术后组织学标本、40例胃癌癌旁组织标本,采用免疫组化染色方法检测胃癌组织及癌旁组织中的GOLPH3蛋白、Livin蛋白表达水平,并按照肿瘤病灶直径、TNM分期、浸润程度、淋巴结转移情况进行分层分析。【结果】胃癌组织中的GOLPH3蛋白、Livin蛋白阳性表达率分别为67.50%(54/80)、53.75%(43/80),显著高于癌旁组织的30.0%(12/40)、20.0%(8/40),且差异有显著性(P<0.05);不同TNM分期、不同分化程度、不同淋巴结转移情况、是否侵犯浆膜层的胃癌组织中的GOLPH3蛋白表达强度相比较差异均有显著性(P<0.05);不同TNM分期、不同分化程度、不同淋巴结转移情况的胃癌组织中的Livin蛋白表达强度差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。【结论】GOLPH3、Livin蛋白在胃癌组织中呈高表达,并且与胃癌的发生、发展关系密切。【Objective】To investigate the expression of Golgi phosphorylated protein 3(GOLPH3)and Livin in gas-trie cancer and their relationship with clinicopathological characteristics.【Methods】The expression levels of GOLPH3 and Livin in gastric cancer tissues axid adjacent tissues were detected by immunohistochemical staining.The expression levels of GOLPH3 and Livin were analyzed according to tumor size,TNM stage,invasion degree and lymph node metastasis.【Results】Positive expression rates of GOLPH3 and Livin protein in gastric cancer tissues were 67.50% and 53.75%,respectivelyt which were significantly higher than those in adjacent tissues(30.0% and 20.0%,respectively,P<0.05).The expression levels of GOLPH3 protein in gastric cancer tissues with different TNM stages,differentiation degreest lymph node metastasis and serosal invasion were significantly different(P<0.05).The expression levels of Livin protein in gastric cancer tissues with different NM stage,differentiation degree and lymph node metastasis were significantly different(P〈0.05).【Conclusion】GOLPH3 and Livin proteins are highly expressed in gastric cancer tissues and are closely related to the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.
