自拟扶正抗癌方辅助FOLFOX6化疗方案对Ⅲ-Ⅳ期胃癌患者症状体征和生活质量的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟扶正抗癌方辅助FOLFOX6化疗方案对Ⅲ-Ⅳ期胃癌患者症状体征和生活质量的影响。方法:将我院2017年1月~2018年6月于收治的80例Ⅲ-Ⅳ期胃癌患者随机分为对照组与实验组,每组各40例。对照组采用FOLFOX6化疗方案抗肿瘤,实验组在对照组治疗方式基础上联合服用自拟扶正抗癌方,两组均持续治疗6周。比较两组治疗前后中医证候、生活质量变化及临床疗效、毒副反应发生情况。结果:实验组治疗后中医症候积分较治疗前显著降低,且显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组总有效率显著高于对照组,而毒副反应发生率却低于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组治疗后吞咽困难、胃部疼痛、呃逆、口干、味觉、饮食受限、焦虑等因子评分较治疗前均显著下降,且以上因子评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自拟扶正抗癌方辅助FOLFOX6化疗方案可有效缓解Ⅲ-Ⅳ期胃癌患者症状体征,临床疗效佳且毒副反应少,对于提升生活质量具有积极意义,适合临床应用。Objective:To explore the effect of Self-made Fuzheng Kang'ai Decoction combined with FOLFOX6 chemotherapy on symptoms,signs and quality of life for patients with stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ gastric cancer.Methods:80 cases of stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ gastric cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into controlled group and experimental group with 40 cases in each group.The controlled group was treated with FOLFOX6 chemotherapy regimen,while the experimental group was treated with Self-made Fuzheng Kang'ai Decoction on the basis of the controlled group.Both groups were treated continuously for 6 weeks.The changes of TCM syndromes,quality of life,clinical efficacy and toxic and side effects were com pared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the controlled group,while the incidence of toxic and side effects was lower than that of the controlled group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of dysphagia,stomach pain,hiccup,dry mouth,taste,dietary restriction,anxiety and other factors in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Self-made Fuzheng Kang'ai Decoction combined with FOLFOX6 chemotherapy regimen can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ gastric cancer patients,with good clinical efficacy and fewer side effects.It has positive significance for improving the quality of life and is suitable for clinical application.
