慈姑平岩方对lumina1型乳腺癌内分泌治疗患者毒副反应的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察慈姑平岩方防治lumina1型乳腺癌内分泌治疗的毒副作用。方法:选取2015年3月至2019年12月于我院内分泌治疗的lumina1型乳腺癌患者80例,回顾性资料将其分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在内分泌治疗乳腺癌的同时服用慈姑平岩方,对照组患者单纯进行内分泌治疗,通过对比两组患者骨质疏松发生率、子宫内膜厚度及抑瘤率,探索慈姑平岩方对lumina1型乳腺癌内分泌治疗毒副作用的疗效。结果:对两组患者骨组织反应进行检测发现,治疗组骨折发生率、骨痛发生率及骨质疏松发生率均明显低于空白对照组(P<0.05);治疗组子宫内膜厚度明显低于空白对照组(P<0.05);同时治疗组生活质量明显优于空白对照组(P<0.05)。结论:慈姑平岩方可以有效治疗应用内分泌治疗的乳腺癌患者产生的毒副作用,提高患者内分泌治疗的依从性,达到中西医结合治疗肿瘤增效减毒的目的。Objective: To investigate the toxic and side effect of Cigu Pingyan Recipe on the endocrine therapy of lumina1 breast cancer.Methods: From March 2015 to December 2019,80 cases of lumina1 breast cancer were selected and divided into treatment group and blank controlled group according to the retrospective data.The patients in the treatment group took Cigu Pingyan Formula while the patients in the treatment group took endocrine therapy.The patients in the blank controlled group only took endocrine therapy.The incidence of osteoporosis and endometrial thickness were compared between the two groups.To explore the effect of Cigu Pingyan Formula on the side effects of endocrine therapy of lumina1 breast cancer.Results: The results showed that the incidence of fracture and osteodynia in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the blank controlled group(P < 0.05),the endometrial thickness in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the blank controlled group(P < 0.05),and the quality of life in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the blank controlled group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Cigu Pingyan Formula can effectively treat the side effects of endocrine therapy on breast cancer patients, improve the compliance of patients with endocrine therapy, and achieve the purpose of the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of tumor.
