荆花胃康胶囊和复方嗜酸乳杆菌片联合标准四联疗法根除Hp的疗效及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的:观察荆花胃康胶囊、复方嗜乳酸杆菌片联合标准四联疗法根除Hp的疗效及安全性。方法:选择Hp感染患者221例,随机分成对照组(112例)和治疗组(109例)。对照组采用标准四联疗法治疗2周,治疗组采用荆花胃康胶囊治疗1周后换成标准四联疗法继续治疗2周,停药后服用复方嗜乳酸杆菌治疗2周。在治疗过程中观察2组患者的不良反应,治疗结束停药1个月采用~(14)C-尿素呼吸试验观察2组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗组与对照组不良反应发生率分别为2.75%(3/109)、14.29%(16/112),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=8.36,P<0.05);治疗组、对照组对Hp的根除率分别为93.58%(102/109)、80.36%(90/112),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=8.47,P<0.05)。结论:荆花胃康胶囊、复方嗜酸乳杆菌片联合标准四联疗法治疗Hp感染不良反应发生率低,治疗有效率高,有助于提高Hp感染的根除率。Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of Jinghua Weikang capsule,compound lactobacillus acidophilus tablets and standard quadruple therapy in eradicating helicobacter pylori.Methods:A total of 221 patients with helicobacter pylori infection were randomly divided into a control group of 112 patients and a treatment group of 109 patients.The control group was treated with standard tetralogy for 2 weeks.The treatment group was treated with Jinghua Weikang capsule for one week and then switched to standard quadruplicate therapy for two weeks.After the drug withdrawal,the treatment group was treated with compound lactobacillus phage for two weeks.In the process of treatment,cure rate and adverse reactions were observed,after treatment of 1 month review of14C-urea breath test to observe the treatment effect.Results:The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group and the control group were 2.75%(3/109)and 14.29%(16/112),respectively,with statistically significant differences(χ^2=8.36,P<0.05).The eradication rates of helicobacter pylori in the treatment group and the control group were 93.58%(102/109)and 80.36%(90/112),respectively,with statistically significant differences(χ^2=8.47,P<0.05).Conclusion:Jinghua weikang capsule,compound lactobacillus acidophilus tablets combined with standard quadruple therapy for the treatment of helicobacter pylori infection adverse reaction rate is low,high treatment efficiency,is helpful to improve the eradication rate of helicobacter pylori infection.
