大剂量羟考酮缓释片对晚期癌症疼痛的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的:探究大剂量羟考酮缓释片对晚期癌症疼痛的治疗效果。方法:择取2016年3月~2019年3月期间某院收治的60例晚期癌痛患者,根据抽签法进行随机分组,分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组行常规剂量羟考酮缓释片治疗,观察组行大剂量羟考酮缓释片治疗,比较两组治疗后疼痛数字分级评分(NRS)、补体C3和C4水平、疼痛治疗总有效率。结果:治疗后观察组NRS评分低于对照组,补体水平和疼痛治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:晚期癌痛患者行大剂量羟考酮缓释片治疗止痛效果确切,可用于临床推广。Objective:To explore the effect of high-dose hydroxycodone sustained-release tablets on the pain of advanced cancer.Methods:Sixty patients with advanced cancer pain admitted to a hospital from March 2016 to March 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to the lottery method,including 30 cases in the control group and 30 cases in the observation group.The control group was treated with conventional-dose hydroxycodone sustained-release tablets,and the observation group was treated with high-dose hydroxycodone sustained-release tablets.The NRS,C3 and C4 levels of pain,and the total effective rate of pain treatment in the two groups were compared.Results:The NRS score of the observation group after treatment was lower than that of the control group,and the complement level and the total effective rate of pain treatment were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:High dose hydroxycodone sustained-release tablets for patients with advanced cancer pain are effective and can be used in clinical promotion.
