摘 要:转子的转速波动信号因不平稳导致传统的信号分析方法不适用。为此,采用时频分析的方法对转速波动信号进行分析,提出了转速波动信号的时频脊线提取方法。对信号的频谱图进行简单分析,通过频谱图得到信号的基本频率信息;对信号进行短时傅里叶变换,得到信号的时频联合分布图;沿时间轴将信号进行分割,提取出每段信号的脊线,将每段脊线进行整合,得到目标脊线;利用卡尔曼滤波技术提取最优脊线。从复杂的原始信号中准确识别出信号的时频脊线,可用于转速波动的故障诊断。The rotor speed fluctuation signal is not suitable due to its unstable state.In this paper,the time-frequency analysis method is used to analyze the speed fluctuation signal,and the timefrequency ridge line extraction method of the speed fluctuation signal is proposed.First,a simple analysis of the spectrogram of the signal is performed,and the fundamental frequency information of the signal is obtained through the spectrogram.Secondly,the signal is subjected to short-time Fourier transform to obtain a time-frequency joint distribution map of the signal.Then the signal is segmented along the time axis,the ridge lines of each segment of the signal are extracted,and each ridge line is integrated to obtain the target ridge line.Finally,the Kalman filtering technique is used to extract the optimal ridge line.From the complex original signal,the time-frequency ridge of the signal is accurately identified for fault diagnosis of rotor speed fluctuation.
