摘　　要：调达物流是一种基于及时生产(JIT)思想的,以“零库存”为目标,采用三方物流循环取货和供应商同步直供为主要特征的汽车零部件采购入厂物流方式。调达物流应用成功可以降低整个供应链的物流成本和库存成本,缩短交付周期,提升整体竞争力。文章通过对某商用车调达物流在应用中取得的效果和存在的主要问题进行研究,针对不足与标杆进行对比,从主机厂、供应商、物流商三个层面,提出具体的改善意见和优化方案,最后对优化方案已实施部分的效果进行分析,从而总结出商用车企业应用调达物流的先决条件和优化方向,为类似企业提供借鉴。Lean logistics of procurement is a kind of inbound logistics mode based on just-in-time(JIT)philosophy,which is widely used by Japanese motor mannfactures.It takes“zero inventory”as the goal,necessary parts will be delivered to the production line timely and accurately only when they are in need.Successful application of lean logistics of procurement can be conducive to the improvement of delivery efficiency,reduction of inventory backlog and logistics cost,decrease of inventory cost during the supply chain,thus improving the overall competitiveness of the supply chain.This paper studies the application and optimization of lean logistics of procurement in commercial vehicle enterprises by empirical method and benchmarking comparison method.Based on the field study of the application status of a certain commercial vehicle,the effect and problems during the application of lean logistics of procurement are evaluated.Then,through benchmarking comparison,the low score points of automakers,suppliers and logistics providers are analyzed to find out the direction of future improvement and optimization,with the goal of establishing the optimization model.Finally,combined with the implementation of the optimization model,the actual improvement effect are analyzed,and successful application cases are summarized to find out the feasibility and prerequisite.Reference for domestic commercial vehicle enterprises is supposed to be provided in the application of lean logistics of procurement.
