摘　　要：Rectal bezoar is rare.It is important to admit the patient with huge colorectal phytobezoars to hospital for monitoring,especially if patient needs several endoscopic trials for evacuation.We presented a case of 14-year-old male patient with phytobezoars of sunflower seed extending from the recto sigmoid junction till the anus.The patient was successfully managed with endoscopic evacuation.
