胃癌患者基质金属蛋白酶及其抑制剂表达的临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨胃癌的早期筛查方法。方法选取胃癌组(34例)、胃良性病变组(12例)及健康对照组(25例),分别检测三组外周血中MMP-2与TIMP-2的表达水平及胃癌组、胃良性病变组患者组织中的二者表达水平。分析二者与胃癌的临床关系。结果胃癌组患者组织及外周血中MMP-2与TIMP-2的表达水平均明显高于其他两组(P<0.01),胃癌组患者组织及外周血中MMP-2与TIMP-2二者表达呈负相关(r1=-0.921,r2=-0.987,P<0.05)。结论 MMP-2和TIMP-2的过度表达和二者失衡促进了胃癌的发生发展及转移。Objective To explore early screening methods for gastric cancer.Methods The gastric cancer group(34 cases),the gastric benign lesion group(12 cases),and the healthy control group(25 cases)were selected to detect the expression levels of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 in the peripheral blood of the three groups.The gastric cancer group and the gastric benign lesion group’s expression levels of both in patient tissues were also detected.The clinical relationship between the two and gastric cancer was analyzed.Results The expression levels of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 in the tissues and peripheral blood of the gastric cancer group were significantly higher than those of the other two groups(P<0.01).The expression of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 in the tissues and peripheral blood of the gastric cancer group was significantly higher.There was a negative correlation(r 1=-0.921,r 2=-0.987,P<0.05).Conclusion The overexpression and imbalance of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 promote the occurrence,development,and metastasis of gastric cancer.
