摘  要:职业教育是与经济社会发展最为紧密的教育类型。应用型本科高校和中职学校共同承担着服务区域经济发展的使命,必须融入发展大局,在双向互动中同频共振、共谋发展。当前中职学校存在岗位设置制度滞后、高层次人才队伍缺乏、优秀人才引进难等问题。应用型本科高校通过长期实践已在上述方面累积了许多成功经验,由此可以充分发挥其在管理制度、学科专业、师资培训等优势,通过制度融入、人才融入、教学融入、平台融入等形式,帮扶和促进中职学校师资队伍建设更趋科学和完善。Vocational education is the type of education related to economic and social development most closely. Applied undergraduate colleges and secondary vocational schools share the mission of serving regional economic development, and must integrate into the overall development and seek common progress in two-way interaction. At present, secondary vocational schools have problems such as the lagging of the post setting system, the scarcity of high-level talent teams, and the difficulty in introducing outstanding talents. Applied undergraduate colleges and universities have accumulated many successful experiences in the above-mentioned aspects through long-term practice. As a result, they can give full play to theis advantages in management system, disciplines, teacher training, and provide high-quality teacher recruitment sources. At the same time, they also can help perfect the construction of secondary vocational school teachers through system integration, talent integration, teaching integration, platform integration, etc.
