摘　　要：目的探讨CAD/CAM全程手术导板结合改良根盾技术在美学区即刻种植的临床效果,以期为CAD/CAM全程手术导板和改良根盾技术在临床应用提供借鉴。方法对1例左侧上前牙外伤的病例进行即刻种植,应用改良根盾技术保存唇侧牙片,CAD/CAM全程手术导板引导种植体植入。结果通过CAD/CAM全程手术导板引导即刻种植体植入和改良根盾技术,个性化修复,该病例在术后4个月种植体与周围牙槽骨形成良好的骨结合,牙龈形态良好,最终修复体颜色形态自然,获得了满意的临床疗效。结论CAD/CAM全程手术导板为即刻种植提供了精准、安全、高效的诊疗方案,改良根盾技术的应用扩大传统根盾技术的适应证、减少术中引导天然牙片脱落的并发症,有助于获得更理想的美学效果,两者结合是一种良好的治疗手段。Objective The aim of this study was to explore the clinical effect of a fully-guided implant surgical template with CAD/CAM technology combined with the modified socket shield technique on immediate implant placement in the aesthetic area,hoping to provide a reference for the clinical application.Material and Methods This report described a case of the left upper anterior missing tooth due to traumatic injury.Immediate implant placement was applied,and buccal lamella was preserved by the modified socket shield technique,and the fully-guided implant surgical template with CAD/CAM technology was used to guide the implant placement.Results In this case,the implant showed a good osseointegration four months after the operation.Customized restoration maintained the ridge contour,obtaining a perfect functional and esthetic result.Conclusion Fullyguided implant surgical template with CAD/CAM technology provides an accurate,safe and efficient treatment method for immediate implant placement.The application of the modified socket shield technique expands the indications of the traditional socket shield technique,reducing the complications of detaching tooth plate during surgery and helps to obtain an ideal aesthetic effect,and the combination of both is a promising treatment method.
