摘 要:高水头船闸输水阀门在运行过程中受水动力荷载作用影响,工作条件非常复杂,直接影响阀门的启闭力。由于阀门启闭力是决定启闭机容量和阀门自重的关键设计参数,因此有必要开展专门研究。1)针对反弧门形式,分析了阀门启闭速率、阀后廊道体型、阀门作用水头对启闭力的影响。2)通过改变阀门门型、底缘形状、支臂包护方式等形状系数,研究阀门的形状阻力对阀门动水启闭力的影响,获得相关规律。3)采用三峡船闸阀门启闭力原型观测数据对模型试验值进行验证,两者结果吻合度较好,三峡船闸输水阀门启闭机容量和阀门自重可以满足动水开启和关闭的要求。The operating conditions of filling and emptying valve in high head navigation lock are very complex during operation due to hydrodynamic load,which directly affects the hoist load of the valve.As the hydrodynamic hoist load is the key design parameter to determine the capacity and dead load of the valve,it is necessary to carry out special research.1)Specific to reverse tainter valve,the influences of valve opening and closing rate,culvert type at valve section,and the water head on the hydrodynamic hoist load are analyzed.2)By changing structure parameters such as panel structure,the shape of valve's bottom edge,and arms wrapping,the influence of the shape resistance of valve on hydrodynamic hoist load are studied,and the relevant laws are obtained.3)The field observation data of the valve hydrodynamic hoist load of the Three Gorges ship lock is used to verify the model test values.The results show that the two results are in good agreement,and the capacity and a dead load of filling and emptying valve in the Three Gorges ship lock can meet the requirements of the hydrodynamic operation.
