新时代省级电大图书管理创新发展模式初探

摘　　要：面对信息化、网络化、数字化飞跃发展带来的机遇与挑战,电大图书馆如何发挥信息资源中心、学习中心和支持服务中心的职能作用,如何加快电大图书馆信息资源共享建设,提高服务职能,直接关系到国开教学、科研的创新发展。本文根据省级电大图书馆发展的基本现状,在对图书馆馆藏、数字图书馆建设、图书馆计算机管理、图书馆服务对象等方面进行深入研究分析的基础上,针对制约电大图书馆建设发展中存在的问题,提出了建设性的建议与对策,对促进省级电大图书馆的创新发展具有一定的借鉴意义。Facing the opportunities and challenges brought by the rapid development of informatization,networkization and digitalization,how the library of a radio and TV university plays the functional role of information resource center,learning center and support service center,speeds up the construction of its information resource sharing and improves its service function is directly related to the innovation and development of teaching and scientific research of the Open University of China.This paper puts forward some constructive suggestions and countermeasures for the problems that restrict the construction and development of radio and TV university libraries in accordance with the basic situation of the development of provincial radio and TV university libraries and on the basis of in-depth research and analysis of library collection,digital library construction,library computer management and library service target etc.,which is of certain reference significance to the promotion of the innovation and development of provincial radio and TV university libraries.
