摘 要:数字化颌位关系转移是将上下颌牙弓或者颌骨在习惯闭口位的三维位置关系以数字化方式转移到计算机系统从而使数字化模型可恢复稳定的咬合接触的方法,转移的内涵包括下颌牙列或牙弓相对于上颌的相对位置关系以及上牙列或牙弓相对于双侧颞下颌关节的位置关系。随着口腔修复数字化技术的不断发展,无论是模型诊断、美学设计、修复体设计、修复体预调、还是疗效预测,都需要在计算机设计软件或数字化虚拟架上精准的重现咬合接触关系。目前已经有多篇文献报道了不同数字化颌位关系转移的方法,比如通过口内扫描法或者口外模型扫描法获取上下颌位置关系,通过面部扫描、CBCT影像等方法获取牙列和颞下颌关节的位置关系等。这些研究操作各有繁简,精度各有差异。为了实现更为简便易行和达到更高精度的颌位关系转移,尚需更深入的研究。Digital transfer of jaw relation is the method to transfer the location of maxillary and mandibular dental arch in closed position to the computer system in order to restore stable occlusion relation in the digital dental models.The method includes both the relative location between maxillary arch and mandibular arch and the spatial location between maxillary arch and skull or bilateral temporomandibular joints.With the continuous development of digital technology,it is essential to reproduce the occlusion relation precisely in the virtual articulator,which could be used in model diagnose,aesthetic design,restoration design,occlusal adjustment,and treatment outcome prediction.At present,there are a lot of literatures that have reported different methods of digital jaw position transfer,using model scan or intraoral scan to record the relative location between maxillary arch and mandibular arch and 3D face scan,cone beamcomputed tomography(CBCT)to record the spatial location between maxillary arch and temporomandibular joint.These research have a variety of workflows and show different accuracies.In order to achieve easy and convenient method of digital transfer of jaw relation with high accuracy,further research is needed.
