摘　　要：目的探究沙参麦冬汤联合DP化疗方案治疗肺癌对患者免疫功能及生活质量的影响。方法选取2013年2月—2019年1月在德兴市人民医院接受治疗的肺癌患者90例,采用随机数字表法分为2组,各45例。对照组给予DP化疗,观察组在DP化疗基础上联合沙参麦冬汤治疗。对比2组治疗后免疫功能及生活质量评分。结果治疗后,观察组CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平高于对照组,CD8^+水平低于对照组,生活质量各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肺癌患者采用沙参麦冬汤联合DP化疗方案治疗有助于增强免疫功能,提高生活质量,缓解化疗产生的副作用,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the effects of Shashen Maidong Decoction combined with DP chemotherapy on lung cancer patients'immune function and quality of life.Methods Ninety patients with lung cancer who were treated in our hospital from February to September 2019 in 2013 were randomly divided into two groups,45 cases each.DP control was given to the control group,and the observation group was treated with Radix Salviae on the basis of DP chemotherapy.The immune function and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the CD8+level was lower than that in the control group.The quality of life scores were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with lung cancer,the treatment with Shashen Maidong Decoction combined with DP chemotherapy can help to enhance immune function,improve quality of life,and alleviate the side effects caused by chemotherapy.It is worthy of popularization and application.
