摘　　要：随着农村老年人口高龄化、失能化、慢病化趋势的加剧,传统单一的养老模式无法适应农村的养老现状,适应医养需求的医养结合服务模式为此提供了较好的解决对策。农村地区发展医养结合服务一方面拥有国家政策扶持以及医养需求巨大等优势,另一方面也面临着农村养老观念相对落后、养老经济负担较重、医养结合机构不足、医养人才队伍缺乏和医养结合服务脱节等困难及挑战。对此,应从转变农村养老观念、完善医疗社会保障、完善医养结合资源配置等方面提供针对性的对策,解决核心的支付问题,利用智慧养老助力,探索因地制宜、普适灵活的农村医养结合发展之路。With the intensification of old aging, disability and chronic disease of the elderly in rural areas. Traditional single pension model cannot adapt to current status of rural pension. Integrated treatment and convalesce service model which meets the needs of rural pension provides a better solution. The development of integrated treatment and convalesce service in rural areas not only has the advantages of national policy support and huge demand for health care, but also faces difficulties and challenges such as relatively backward rural pension concept, heavy economic burden, insufficient integrated treatment and convalesce institution, insufficient integrated treatment and convalesce personnel team and disjointed integrated treatment and convalesce service. In this regard, this article provides targeted countermeasures from the aspects of changing rural pension concept, improving medical social security, and increasing integrated treatment and convalesce resource allocation. Solve problem of core payment, apply intelligence pension assistance. Explore pervasive and flexible development way and adjust measures to local conditions of integrated treatment and convalesce in rural areas.
