系统化培训方法在药师规范化培训中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨系统化培训方法在静脉用药调配中心药师规范化培训中的应用。方法收集学员培训各阶段的考核成绩及对培训方法的满意度,对比系统化培训方法实施前(对照组)、后(实验组)变化情况。结果实验组、对照组学员的总成绩分别为(87.98±7.02)分、(81.92±8.76)分,两者差异具有统计学意义(t=-4.672,P=0.000),并且实验组学员对培训理论内容、技能培训、讲师讲授水平、培训组织方面的满意度均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论采取系统化培训方法构建静脉用药调配中心药师标准化培训体系,能够有效提高培训质量,同时可为医院药师的规范化培训提供可供参考的模式。Objective To explore the application of systematic training methods in the standardized training of pharmacists in pharmacy intravenous admixture services.Methods Comparing the results of training assessment and satisfaction with training organization and content of trainees before and after the systematic approach to training.Results The total scores of the experimental group and the control group were(87.98±7.02)and(81.92±8.76),respectively.The difference was statistically significant(t=-4.672,P=0.000).The satisfaction of the experimental group on the theoretical content,skill training,lecturer's teaching level and training organization was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion The systematic approach to training for pharmacists in pharmacy intravenous admixture services can effectively improve the quality of training and provide a reference model for the standardized training of hospital pharmacists.
