康复新液与外用溃疡散治疗口腔溃疡的临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析比较康复新液与外用溃疡散治疗口腔溃疡效果。方法选择医院2017年4月—2019年9月接受治疗的口腔溃疡患者60例进行回顾性分析,分别对实行康复新液治疗(试验组)和外用溃疡散治疗(对照组)的各30例患者的疗效和不良反应情况进行分析比较。结果在临床中治疗口腔溃疡采用两种不同的方法,对于溃疡治愈疗效、刺痛感褪去时间、充血消退时间和愈合时间,试验组和对照组分别为93.33%、(15.9±2.4)min、(3.7±0.8)h、(6.7±1.8)d和70.00%、(39.4±13.7)min、(7.1±0.5)h、(8.6±2.4)d,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于口腔溃疡患者,采用康复新液治疗比较外用溃疡散而言,更容易被患者接受,无色无味,无刺激疼痛,无副作用,可以吞咽用于治疗胃部溃疡。因此,选择正确的、合适的治疗方式有助于提升疗效和患者舒适感。Objective To analyze and compare the effect of Kangfuxin Liquid and external ulcer powder in the treatment of oral ulcer.Methods According to retrospective analysis method,60 patients with oral ulcer treated in our hospital from April 2017 to September 2019 were selected.The curative effect and adverse reactions of 30 cases of Kangfuxin Liquid Treatment(experimental group)and 30 cases of ulcer powder treatment(control group)were analyzed and compared.Results The curative effect,the time of burning pain,the time of redness and swelling and the time of ulcer healing were as follows 93.33%,(15.9±2.4)min,(3.7±0.8)h,(6.7±1.8)d,70.00%,(39.4±13.7)min,(7.1±0.5)h,(8.6±2.4)d.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in the patients with the two treatment methods.Conclusion Kangfuxin Liquid can be more accepted by the patients,and the patients have no obvious adverse reactions,the treatment effect is good,safe and effective,and reduce the complications of patients with oral ulcer.The application of Kangfuxin liquid in the treatment of oral ulcer is worth popularizing.Therefore,choosing the right and appropriate treatment will help to improve the efficacy and comfort of patients.
