护理康复路径对结肠癌手术患者的康复效果分析

摘　　要：目的评价结肠癌手术患者护理期间采取护理康复路径对患者康复效果的积极影响,以促进结肠癌手术患者康复。方法选择医院2017年10月—2019年10月收治手术治疗的结肠癌患者,总计80例。随机进行80例结肠癌患者分组(对照组、观察组)。对照组40例结肠癌患者行常规护理,观察组40例结肠癌患者配合实施护理康复路径,对比对照组与观察组结肠癌手术患者组间护理满意度、疾病认知度、护理依从率以及肛门排气时间、住院时间、生活质量评分。结果观察组结肠癌手术患者护理满意度、疾病认知度、护理依从率以及生活质量评分均明显高于对照组,肛门排气时间、住院时间均短于对照组,观察指标比较,P<0.05。结论常规护理配合护理康复路径可以促进结肠癌手术患者康复,且提高患者疾病认知度、依从性、生活质量。Objective To evaluate the positive effect of nursing rehabilitation path on the rehabilitation of patients with colorectal cancer during the nursing period,so as to promote the rehabilitation of patients with colorectal cancer surgery.Methods From October 2017 to October 2019,80 patients with colon cancer were selected.During rehabilitation,80 patients with colon cancer were divided into control group and observation group.40 cases of colon cancer patients in the control group received routine nursing,40 cases of colon cancer patients in the observation group cooperated with the implementation of nursing rehabilitation path,and compared the nursing satisfaction,disease awareness,nursing compliance rate,anal exhaust time,hospital stay and quality of life scores between the control group and the observation group.Results The nursing satisfaction,disease recognition,nursing compliance rate and quality of life scores of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the anal exhaust time and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Routine nursing combined with nursing rehabilitation path can promote the rehabilitation of patients with colorectal cancer surgery,and improve their disease awareness,compliance and quality of life.
